Biography
My 27 years as an attorney have been devoted to demanding justice for clients and the public. As an assistant prosecutor in Jackson County, Missouri, I fought for justice for the victims of crime - and for the past 20 years, I have fought for my clients, big and small, individuals and corporations. I have represented cities, counties and other governmental entities; as well as insurance companies and their insureds. I have committed my career to helping my clients achieve the best possible results in trial, arbitration and mediation. My litigation experience has touched many areas of the law, but my recent focus includes product liability, commercial litigation, personal injury and employment litigation.
