First, I want to share that I am very picky and have very high expectations! When searching for an attorney that could represent in KS/MO - we interviewed many attorneys. She spent countless hours prepping, researching other cases and laws that had been introduced in recent years that would help support our case. Ms. Simpkins is very kind, but when someone tries to come at her clients who are in the right, by law, she takes it very seriously and does what it takes to get her job done. We won our case. She presented cold had facts and cross examined appropriately. I can't imagine using another attorney. Our outcome was exactly what I expected of her. This attorney will deliver! Cheri has been my lawyer of four years. She fought tooth and nail to get me sole custody of my children, won me alimony for the rest of my life to help me stay financially the same as I did when I was married.
