First, I want to share that I am very picky and have very high expectations! When searching for an attorney that could represent in KS/MO - we interviewed many attorneys. She was early to court each time, never once late on anything. She met with us in-person and via phone as needed while preparing for our case. She spent countless hours prepping, researching other cases and laws that had been introduced in recent years that would help support our case. When it came time for the hearing, she properly prepared us for our testimony. Explained the process very well and I was very comfortable knowing that she had walked me through it and we knew what to do. Ms. Simpkins performance in court is remarkable. I was actually blown away. She was able to pull the truth out of parties that had been dishonest throughout the case. Ms. Simpkins is very kind, but when someone tries to come at her clients who are in the right, by law, she takes it very seriously and does what it takes to get her job done. We won our case. She presented cold had facts and cross examined appropriately. I can't imagine using another attorney. Our outcome was exactly what I expected of her. This attorney will deliver!
