Brent Michael Johnston

My wife and I made the decision for me to attend law school in 2006 (after we already had three little children) because we felt that path would allow me to make a difference and help people. We are so grateful for the adventures and opportunities that decision has provided us.

Over the last 13+ years, I have represented and consulted hundreds of companies, large and small. I have taken hundreds of depositions, negotiated thousands of favorable contracts / agreements, successfully argued cases before Kansas appellate courts, and successfully litigated cases in both Kansas and Missouri. I have made a deliberate choice to be completely honest, thorough, and objective when analyzing situations and advising my clients.

In 2017, I started Johnston Law PC with my brother, which has been an awesome blessing and has allowed me to deliberately focus on my real passion: helping people. If I have the chance to work with you, I will do everything in my power to prove that we stand by our vision to love people, wow clients, and change the practice of law.
