Adam Michael Mack

I hired Mack Adam’s , and only dealt with his paralegal (Brittany). She hardly answered my questions and Adam never talked to me. I sent 2 checks to Adam 1 cashier check was to Adam’s fee - other was for debtor for 2600- for some reason both checks were cashed by Adam Mack team - I called debtor an...d they stated to me they never received payment. Still trying to get answers

had car accident, Attorney took case . had injury to neck which started after accident I have be going to doctors treatment . Have not heard a word from him for very long time , Have asked questions with no response, Started new job in different state and getting care . Once in a while would get comm...unication . 5 months from 2 yr limit to file lawsuit , get communication that he needed documentation complained that I did not get documentation from previous communication , I told them I did not know how obtain information , He told me what to do. I completed all of task required of me and gave all information . I am heading into surgery to repair spinal injury in neck I informed him of the update and he sent letter 2 days later informing me of disenaugement . Found out earlier that other party had only 25k in liability but I had high coverage in underinsured in policy. He abandoned me when I needed him the most. He has poor communication and blames me for issues that I cannot control. At this point I do not care what happens as far as a legal standpoint is concerned . I need to focus on the surgery I need to get better. I am sure that My car insurance my health insurance policies are not going to be happy with him. I would consider alternatives for representation. He is not there when you need him the most.

To make things short I'm a 24 year old man that got himself in some debt that no matter what I did I couldn't get ahead. So I decided to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy and (Adam Mack) was the only one that took the time and effort to take my case when everyone else wouldn't.
