Reliable and reasonably-priced. More Detail... A few years ago I mismanaged my finances and, despite having a w...ell-paying job, I found myself in significant, unsecured debt. I was struck in a cycle of solely making the minimum payments each month and not making any real progress to being debt-free. Jeff was patient and thorough in guiding me through evaluating my finance particulars, as well as educating me on the legal options for debt resolution. I was first approved for a Chapter 13 debt restructuring, on which I made payments until I became unemployed about 6 months ago. Unable to secure new employment, my financial circumstances became such that I could no longer make the Chapter 13 payments as required. I shared my concerns with Jeff and he revisited my case. Jeff was prompt to get back with me. With my job loss and reduced income, I decided to pursue Chapter 7. I knew that I wanted to retain Jeff as he had done such a great job with the initial motion a couple of years ago. He was fair on the fee and is leading me through the process at this time.
