David Andrew Kelly

I hired David Kelly (outside Avvo) to represent me in a legal matter. David Kelly's representation is poor. He didn't prepare for trial, or file motions requested or advised. He was paid for representation and trial, but withdrew from the case and kept the entire retainer. I wouldn't recommend him as... he doesn't seem to want to put the work in that it takes to win cases.

Mr Kelly did a great job with my both my child custody case and my husbands federal case. Not only did he respond in a timely manor but he was also most helpful in giving me piece of mind, even with my repetitive questions. He did his job and did it very well. I am very happy that I hired this gentle...man.

David Kelly is an amazing attorney. He took my case on when I needed him and he worked with me every step of the way. He was down to earth and seemed to take my case to heart. He kept me up-to-date on the details of the case and communicated with me regularly. When problems arose he made sure that we...ekends, holidays, and after hours were not an issue. He was there to advise me and take action immediately. At the end of a very long and drawn out case (not his fault), we essentially won. Even after the case was closed, Mr. Kelly took care of matters that should have been dealt with by the other parties’ attorney. I cannot say enough about Mr. Kelly and his staff. I would highly recommend Mr. Kelly and use his services in the future.

I was referred to Mr. Kelly in 2009 from another attorney in Lees Summit who didn't oversee child custody cases. I contacted his office and set up an appointment to meet with him. His staff was very professional and courtesy. Mr. Kelly was very professional, courtesy, and down to earth and didn’t ...sugar coat anything. He is only attorney that I have used that hasn’t lied to me or given my false hope. He listened to my concerns regarding my case and we set a game plan on how he would handle my case. I received frequent and regular communication from Mr. Kelly and his staff. The outcome of my case was exactly what I wanted and couldn’t have asked for better representation for myself and daughter. I refer Mr. Kelly anytime someone asks me for a good trustworthy attorney. I have & will continue to use Mr. Kelly for all my legal needs. Best attorney in the state of Missouri, hands down.
