Terrible Attorney
I hired David Kelly (outside Avvo) to represent me in a legal matter. David Kelly's representation is poor. He didn't prepare for trial, or file motions requested or advised. He was paid for representation and trial, but withdrew from the case and kept the entire retainer. I wouldn't recommend him as...

I hired this lawyer to handle my divorce and ONLY ever dealt with his Paralegal Jennifer (See article) Got screwed in my divorce and he has several malpractice suits again him and I am about to add another one.. STAY AWAY FROM HIM trust me you will be glad you did

Dont use this firm
Very poor communication - I would not recommend this firm at all. Very poor representation, I never once talked to my atty at this firm, just dealt with the legal asst. My ex got everything she wanted...
