Mr Kelly did a great job with my both my child custody case and my husbands federal case. Not only did he respond in a timely manor but he was also most helpful in giving me piece of mind, even with my repetitive questions. He did his job and did it very well. I retained David Kelly in 2007. I continue to use him for any legal matter that pops up. He helped me get an order of protection, processed my divorce, got me through a home foreclosure, and got me a substantial settlement when I was injured in an accident. He has always been quick to respond to any ...questions or concerns I had and continue to have. I have always felt comfortable around him and all of his office staff. I have retained him to oversee a trust fund for my children should anything happen to my husband and I. Every time I have required legal assistance I go to his office. I have hired David Kelly several times over the past few years for various legal matters (divorce, traffic ticket, settlement). On each occasion, both he and his staff were exceptional. I was always well informed and felt at ease knowing that I was in good hands. I would not hesitate to contact him ...in the future should I ever need an attorney or just some sound legal advice.

I had an really great attorney for years. Upon needing him to handle my divorce around 2010, I found he was about to retire, and was not taking on any new cases. My endeavor to find a descent attorney went really bad until I met with David Kelly. He ended up with a better result than what I had imagi...ned, and better than any of the other attorneys I interviewed thought I would get. As for cost, I can say that I have never been as pleased with any other attorney as with him. When everything was finalized with my divorce, I was very pleased with not only the result Mr. Kelly got me, and the cost of his services, but also the fact that I had found an attorney that I could count on to be there for me if I ever needed him. I have already recommended him to friends and family, and have heard nothing but accolades about their experiences and their outcomes. The last person I referred to him called me recently, and told me that, "He did good. He did re-e-e-al good." I know what they meant, because I have had the same experience. Since the initial divorce David Kelly handled for me, I have used him two more times. One of them was a very serious matter in which it required a very unique skill set to get a good result. To my amazement when I conferred with him about the case, he had the exact expertise that was needed to really drive my case. I estimate only maybe 5% of attorneys in the KC Metro would have had the experience and expertise to handle what was needed for a good outcome on this particular case. It was not so lucky for the other side that David Kelly was my attorney, and not theirs. I have used him to negotiate settlements, and also for litigation at trial. In both areas, he has proved his excellence. I was just in court with him the other day on a routine legal matter, and was feeling like I should be handing out his business cards to every one in the room. I have a heart to help those who are in need, and what would help those who have need for a legal expert more, than to be introduced to one who is worth having? It is kind of like when you have an honest auto mechanic you know you can trust, you want to tell your friends about him so they do not keep getting ripped off. I can not say that everyone that uses David Kelly is going to be as super happy with the results they end up with, as not everyone has a case where there is a possibility of a feel-good outcome. I can not say that everyone will walk away thinking they got a great deal, as who likes to spend a lot of money on these things? What I can say is, there is a good chance if they use one of the many other attorneys I have encountered, they would likely be much less happy with the outcome, and cost. Many times I have gone into conference with him in despair, and have come out with much, much hope. My recommendation, if you are having a legal issue, at least speak with David Kelly and see if he makes you as excited to hire him as he did me. If you are not currently having a legal issue, but may be needing a really good attorney in the future, either schedule a meeting with him, or keep his name and phone number in a safe place.
