Dissatisfied

I reached out to Attorney Wulff in March 2024. I finally met with her on June 4, 2024. I discussed the need for an attorney to represent me during my divorce. I explained that our home was up for sale, and we didn't have any children from the marriage. But I was concerned about the net proceeds from... the previous sale of our home in Raytown. Attorney Wulff said if we could find the missing funds she would help recoup them. During Discovery documents submitted by the Petitioner of the divorce. The net proceeds were discovered in one of her bank accounts. Even though the funds were finally discovered. Attorney Wulff later changed her story and said I wouldn't be entitled to the net proceeds. She had spoken with the judge, and he said I wouldn't be entitled to them. The divorce was finally signed off by a judge on April 15, 2025. Almost over a year later with no kids, no home or any other property to split. From June 4, 2024, to April 15, 2025, I only personally met with attorney Wulff one time. We talked on the phone three times. The last time we talked she was yelling and screaming at me to the top of her lungs. I found her behavior to be out of line and unprofessional. The judge finally signed the divorce papers on April 3, 2025, but the Petitioner wanted her maiden name back and therefore a new divorce settlement was signed April 15, 2025. In the settlement I was supposed to receive payment within ten days. The attorney for the Petitioner said they mailed the check to attorney Wulff office on April 9, 2025. To date I still haven't received the check. Her office won't respond to any of my text, email or phone calls. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone.

Allegedly Illegal Attorney Practice and due dillengence

Paid hire her through my divorce with children to represent me , some how my soon to be ex spouse was also being represented by her too. When I get my divorce papers she (wulff) as my represent and my ex spouse had some other attorney and I remember through my uncontested divorce meeting and etc th...ere was only 3 people me , my lawyer (wulff) and my ex spouse through out the divorce dissolution. Now I got a a good lawyer cause he is making and exposing one by one . Nobody is above the law even when they are suppose to uphold the law. Even when they saw the error but didn't fix it and make right you're guilty for neglecting to right it.

Terrible!!!

This place is awful. They screen phone calls and emails. They have no sense of urgency. They CONSTANTLY screw up the paperwork. I spend more time correcting all their mistakes that I feel like I should be paid to do the job. You have to stay on top of everything regarding to make sure the required do...cuments are submitted on time. Good luck trying to show up to try to get them to talk to you because nobody is ever in the office. Kelli lies and tries to sneak things in that you don’t agree with so make sure to get copies of everything before they submit and go over it with a fine tooth comb or you will pay for it.

Highly recommend

Kelli Wulff has been a blessing to my family. She worked hard to help me through a difficult custody battle on two different occasions now. Her knowledge and understanding put me at ease during those difficult times. Kelli is down to earth and always easy to get ahold of if you have questions. She is... straight forward and I appreciate that in an attorney. I felt more than prepared both times I went to trial. She fought for our family and didn’t back down. Bottom line, I would recommend Kelli Wulff without reservation.

Best Decision Ever!

Kelli is an excellent, no BS lawyer. She is extremely realistic and doesn't mix words. I appreciated her straight forward approach. If she felt there was a strategy that wouldn't work she didn't make empty promises. She knows what she is doing and always got me what was fair. She isn't afraid to ...go to trial like most divorce attorneys and represents men very well in a divorce. She was able to get my children back in my life in a very ugly divorce, after my wife had taken them from me for 7 months. She has the relationships and the reputation to get it done. She does exactly what needs to be done when it needs to be. She is extremely efficient which means what normally takes most lawyers 10 phone calls and 10 emails, she can do in 1 call and 1 email. She is very reasonable in price and is good enough to bill more but she doesn't. You also get her staff which is just as precise and efficient as her. This team fights for what they believe is right. BEST DECISION EVER!
