Incompetent and always on vacation

I am still waiting for an outcome on my case all I ask for is to get a warrant bondable it is been almost 5 months it's a very very simple case and the girl that is dealing with it has been on vacation twice and I have not yet received any call backsI have to continuously call them overall rating is ...horrible I should have went somewhere else and now I'm out $750I was going to hire Mr. Kellogg to come to court with me after I received a new court datebut as of today I've decided no not going to happen.and the women dealing with my case act like the actual Lawyer Charles is John or something they will not let me speak to him my husband has called they will not let him speak to mr. Kellogg either although they had no problem explaining every detail of my Case to my husband.

Criminal case and Paternity case

Mr. Kellogg has been my lawyer for the last 4 years and he has always made sure I have been treated fairly. I was able to move my case to a S.I.S. and did not have to take a felony with a little help I have changed my life! His secretaries Stacia and Joella was the sweetest girls I have ever met. The...y both worked very hard on my cases. I would not have my daughter today and have a totally different happy life if it wasn't for them and Mr. Kellogg. I highly recommend using him and as a FYI would only ask for Stacia or Joella. The other girls in the office where not as friendly nor did they act like they cared at all about me or what my daughter was going through. And they seem to talk alot about the other girls and how they are better than anyone else. need some professional medicine and act right in my book!

Never again

I hired charlie in january of 2012. My final court date has been postponed twice because he is on vacation and he wont let another attorney finalize it even though I cant go back to my job untill its finished. everytime I talk to him he acts like im not important. His secretary joella is also very ru...de and unprofessional. I make appointments to talk to him and I actually get to talk to him he its only for a couple minutes. I realize I broke the law and am sorry.

A real lawyer keeping real.I have had my share fair dealing w/lawyers.U no the kind says they can help you while sticken it 2 u.

I did for my daughter. Listen I don't come from privilage, nor do I have a career. I work hard for my money, which comes from one unpleasant job to the nexrt. Anyhow, back to the subject. Charlie Kellogg is one of the most stand up attorney I have meant. You know how there's some people that should n...ot have any power because all of suddden they reilish in their new position too much, they are beyond people. Attorneys can get that way too. Than comes the money. I went and saw this one because a friend said he had a free consultation. My daughters were under 2 yrs. so they ended up going with me. To my surprise I was welcome with politeness and as I had the consultation he had the sectary watch my girls. I was totally impressed. He gave me the royal treatment and genially seemed to care. He had stated that to get into what I was needing him for would cost atlease $5,000. I took a few days amd thought it through. There was no way I would be able to spend that kind of money. I was a single parent without any child support. When I told him about my decision he said that I would still be getting a bill. I told him totally I understand. Remember he was so good to me at his consultation. The day came when I got the bill. I couldn't believe my eyes. There it was $1,000. I call him up and said there must be error I just recieved a bill for $1,000. He was not polite any longer. He ask me did I think his time was free? I said of course not but I said you only had me for 3 days. He than said if I didn't pay him he would sue me. Great, I had enough on my plate I didn't need to be sued too. Nevertheless I felt that a $1,000 for 3 days was unreasonable. I got legal aid which they said they would represent me in court. We went to court and he hired an attorney to represent him. So of course that thousand was turning into more. All of a sudden the Judge asked me did I give him any money. I stated no because I did my best to see how I could cut some corners to come up with that money the reality was I just didn't have it and I told the Judge I call him as soon as I realize there wasn't any possible way for me to hire him. That is without selling one of my daughters. The Judge than said to the attorney what kind of lawyer is he? Since when does anything get started without being retained. Than proceeded to say that he didn't appreciate him hiring an attorney when he was more than capable being in court. I left the court without paying a thing. Let me tell you that experience scared me. For one thing the info. he got was from me at the consultation. Even if he did make callls I would have been happy to pay him, of course I thought a $100 at most. This man intimidated me when I told him that I was sorry there just wasn't any way I could hire him. I was only 20 yrs. old and being sued by a lawyer. Let me tell you about Charlie Kellogg he rolls out the red carpet. I should say,he makes me feel that way. Now my daughter is 25 yrs. old. and feels kinda out in the cold. I believe whole hearted just be honest and share what your'e fears are, what you can and can't manage, what you would like out of him. Letting him know you would like to know what is happening and in the worst scenario. Most important remember that they aren't mind readers. I would like to leave this with you. If you want a decent, empirical and fair prices than Charles Kellogg is the man to see. Maybe my daughter just doesn't realize how crooked attorneys can be and they know the law which can make any situation you go into feeling vulnerable. So if you want to feel like a winner I highly recommend Mr. Kellogg. I could even do a commerical for him that is how much I know he is the right attorny, in my eyes the only attorney for the job any where in Missouri. I don't know about Kansas because I don't live there. This is how highly I think of Mr. Kellogg, I believe if he didn't feel assured he would have a referral for you so you can hire the right attorney. Now I ask for a favor. Although I have, I mean my daughter has Charlie Kellogg I also believe in the Lord and if you would g
