Charles A. Kellogg

Mr Kellogg is the best hands down none better. I called around talked to many lawyers they all said he is the best better than they are and that I could not have chosen better defense. I had much stress and worry Mr Kellogg is so smart he knew my case by sheer memory including all the particulars. I ...have met many lawyers none as smart or as caring as Kellogg. I have met many super lawyers as well and he is by far the best of the best. He commands the room when he walks in he is loved by many and now I know why. over 32 years of legal defense experience and his ability to negotiate or fight for your rights are undeniable there is none better. I went to see him almost weekly before court he was never bothered or too busy for me he was there for me every step of the way to provide assurance and support of my defense. he is the only one I recommend. thank you Charlie for everything you've done for us and so many others we are all in your debt your efforts are more than appreciated and we are honored to call you our friend.

I hired him because I heard of the great things he has done. He worked very well with my boyfriend on his cases. Commumicated well, contact was well kept and he knew every thing going on. With me he didn't seem to care. He extended continuances multiple times in avoidance of having to go. My calls fo...r answers were avoided at all costs. He then passed one of my cases off to another attorney after making me wait in court for an hour and a half and then not showing. The attorney looked at my case one time and said he wasn't aware he was supposed to help and was upset Charlie threw him under the bus when he had court to be in already for another client. The attorney handled what he could on short notice and was amazing. He explained everything fully in my case to me. I was thankful for him. Charlie's secretaries are absolutely rude as well, they don't care and can't seem to be able to explain a single thing or even have full notes on the case. They refused to give information or even seek it out for me. They also hung up on my multiple times. Never used this law office.

I am still waiting for an outcome on my case all I ask for is to get a warrant bondable it is been almost 5 months it's a very very simple case and the girl that is dealing with it has been on vacation twice and I have not yet received any call backsI have to continuously call them overall rating is ...horrible I should have went somewhere else and now I'm out $750I was going to hire Mr. Kellogg to come to court with me after I received a new court datebut as of today I've decided no not going to happen.and the women dealing with my case act like the actual Lawyer Charles is John or something they will not let me speak to him my husband has called they will not let him speak to mr. Kellogg either although they had no problem explaining every detail of my Case to my husband.

Mr. Kellogg has been my lawyer for the last 4 years and he has always made sure I have been treated fairly. I was able to move my case to a S.I.S. and did not have to take a felony with a little help I have changed my life! His secretaries Stacia and Joella was the sweetest girls I have ever met. The...y both worked very hard on my cases. I would not have my daughter today and have a totally different happy life if it wasn't for them and Mr. Kellogg. I highly recommend using him and as a FYI would only ask for Stacia or Joella. The other girls in the office where not as friendly nor did they act like they cared at all about me or what my daughter was going through. And they seem to talk alot about the other girls and how they are better than anyone else. need some professional medicine and act right in my book!
