I was given Mr Tilley's name and number by a family friend after my son had acquired 3 charges in Cape County. My mother & I met with Mr Tilley and hired him to represent my son. I'm slightly overprotective when it comes to my children and even though I more than likely drove Mr Tilley a little crazy... at times he answered every phone call and returned every voicemail in a timely manner without making me wait for a day or two.
