Jason Andrew Tilley

I was given Mr Tilley's name and number by a family friend after my son had acquired 3 charges in Cape County. My mother & I met with Mr Tilley and hired him to represent my son. I'm slightly overprotective when it comes to my children and even though I more than likely drove Mr Tilley a little crazy... at times he answered every phone call and returned every voicemail in a timely manner without making me wait for a day or two. Mr Tilley got the charges against my son dropped and I will say that he is an Outstanding Attorney. My family and I are very pleased with the outcome and will definitely recommend Mr Tilley in the future. I will have to say that Mr Tilley holds no punches back and doesn't sugarcoat any bs... He's straightforward and to the point, he definitely doesn't tiptoe around feelings. SO upon meeting him you may consider leaving your feelings at home. You will not regret meeting or having him on your side in the courtroom.

Jason was my lawyer last year, and I am so glad we hired him. I had never been in any trouble before, so when I found myself in a bad situation I was extremely anxious and overwhelmed. Jason was amazing with me and my family (who can be a bit over-involved, which he handled with grace). He made us f...eel more at ease without giving us false hope. Jason is really honest from the beginning that he can't guarantee outcomes, but that he will do everything in his power to make the best case scenario happen. It was a huge weight off our shoulders that he had my back completely, and I knew right away that I could trust him to do his job. Trusting him made the months that passed before it was wrapped up with much easier to deal with, since my anxiety was already off the charts. The case ended the best way it could have, which is amazing because it could have gone really badly. The case was over last December, and he has been helpful even 7 months later when my apartment complex I was moving in to said I didn't pass my background check (wrongfully so).. he very promptly sent them a letter clearing it up, and saved the day, without even billing us for his time. He even checked up with me to make sure it worked out ok. I would recommend him to anyone. Jason is kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and awesome at his job. Can't go wrong!

I hired Jason for a felony assault case a couple of years ago. He met me on a Sunday and reviewed the things he could pull down on the internet. He immediately recognized this as a self-defense case and set about methodically preparing a defense based on that. Over the next 8 months, I got to know... him very well and while he is busy at times (perhaps due to his diligence in representing his clients and the number of jury trials that he does), he was always willing to meet me on weekends to work around both of our schedules. Eventually, the trial date arrived and WOW, talk about prepared and smart, he handed the prosecutor his lunch and completely destroyed the state's case against me. Needless to say, the jury quickly returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY!
