Hiring David was the biggest mistake of my life. When interviewing attorneys to take my case, I wanted to make sure that they were a fighter. I was up against falsified police reports in order to protect their own. David was the opposite of a fighter. His trial strategy was that the prosecution would... loose it for themselves. He allowed all kinds of manipulated evidence to be presented and made no motions to suppress any evidence. Not only was I victimized by the police department, the person I hired for a whole lot of money did nothing to protect me. I am not sure if David was just not comfortable going toe to toe challenging the officers directly or if he was just off. The officer making the arrest assaulted me and I think that David was out of his realm of comfort in directly calling them out. If I could have a do over, David would not be my attorney of choice.
