LOST HIS LICENSE
THIS LAWYER FAILED TO INFORM THE CLIENT THAT HE LOST HIS LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW IN APRIL OF 2021 FOR NOT ANSWERING TO HIS CLIENTS ON TIME. HE KNOWINGLY MESSED UP A DIVORCE CASE THAT WAS IN PROCESS. DID NOT ANSWER A WHOLE BUNCH OF EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

Do not use Dalton
Hired Mr. Dalton for a PI case where the other driver was clearly at fault. After receiving an offer of less than 1x medical bills, he stopped taking calls and never did anything more for the case. When I have managed to speak with him, he makes promises that he never follows through on.
