Joe Richard Kuhl

I found Joe to be very condescending and dismissive. I was very clear on the simple things I wanted from the divorce which he completely ignored and did not represent for me at all. My estranged was in contempt of court on at least 2 occasions & although I paid to have that followed up there was noth...ing that ended up happening as Joe said the judge will just take care of it at my divorce hearing. That was today and everything has been put off till March. I was warned this would happen-drags everything out and exhausts people and their finances. Joe does not communicate enough beforehand, does not establish expectations, does not explain things in a simple matter, and you have to know what to ask in order to even get dialogue started and he still dodges some questions or even goes silent. I found him to be completely frustrating, even though I tried to maintain composure in the beginning and do as he instructed. I wish I had had the time and finances to hire someone else. When I asked him why he does not seem to be my advocate or is doing very much for me he told me “I have paying clients“. It should be noted I had paid everything upfront that had been requested and was not behind on invoices. But I could not afford to pay thousands more in advance for services that might be rendered.
