Debbie cancelled all meetings I had with her. She assured me that my ex had a losing case until 2 days before the trial where she stated that “he had sufficient grounds for a case”. I lost residential parent to my ex-husband when there was not even any change in circumstances to warrant a case. Ad...ditionally, she missed adding in the cost I pay for my son’s insurance to the new parenting plan and my ex won’t pay. That alone is costing me thousands. When I asked Debbie about it she said “you didn’t asked me to put that in the parenting plan”.. I’m not a lawyer- how would I know to add it?!? I have filed a complaint against the Bar. Total lack of work for the $7k she made off of me.
