Mr. Harvath took care in a few e-mails and phone calls what two other attorneys told me were "big deals" that would cost me thousands of dollars. I am not sure where I would have been otherwise, but Dan is my "go to" in St. Louis

Excellent representation
We were in litigation for almost a year with no end in sight. Mr. Harvath was retained in place of previous counsel and the entire face of the litigation changed -- in our favor. The resolution he obtained was far beyond what our previous attorney had said was even possible.

Big talk, little action
After dotting all my i's and crossing my t's, Dan assured me not a guaranteed outcome but that I had a very solid case. Then out of nowhere, he recommended co-counsel for a stronger "show" for my case. In the end, this move turned out not to mean much. Technically, I was passed off to co-counsel and ...
