Ben is an incredible attorney! Our family has been using him for years. He has handled divorces, child custody cases, legal issues a nephew was in, I went thru a messy division of property with a man I wasn’t married too... handled vehicle tickets... he’s calm, collected and patient with his clients...! Ben fixed my mess of a legal case. My ex (who was an attorney) and my other ex (who is easily influenced) conspired together to create a situation I couldn’t handle. I had not only a child custody case but owned a house with my ex, so estate issues. I was not married but might as well been. Ben helped keep me calm and understood things I would bend on and not bend on. He communicated everything quickly with me. I usually got responses to emails within 24 hours,... and if it was something complicated he would call. He was assertive with the other lawyer, and did not allow her to push things off.
