PLEASE do yourself a favor and DONOT hire this attorney!!!! Did absolutely nothing for me out of the 1.5 years in my divorce which ultimately lead me to crash. Way over charged me, double charged me and really did nothing for me in court but fold on everything. PLEASE RUN! It wasn't till later I... found out that he spent time in jail.

My experience goes back to 1988 when I hired Mr. Roussin to represent me in a divorce case. After realizing that he had no interest in, and did not spend any time on, representing my interests in the case, I had to hire another attorney and start all over, which meant additional costs I would not ha...ve had if Mr. Roussin had done his job in the first place. After paying his exorbitant bill in full, I was billed six months later by his firm. Luckily I had made copies of all my correspondence and payments. The money I had paid had not been entered into the firm's books.... hmm, wonder where it went...

Hired his firm to represent me in a criminal matter. Despite taking part in numerous meetings and engaging in countless "file reviews," Mr. Roussin didn't seem to know about conversations I had with his wife, Susan Roach, nor did he ever seem to learn the details of my case. We called them out on s...everal billing issues. After I fired the firm, I learned Mr. Roussin had spent time in prison for fraud.
