Scott helped me with my son who was in an accident that was not my son’s fault. He was always available, if he wasn’t available he would call me back immediately or at the latest the next day. While on the phone with him he explained everything to me so that I understood exactly what was still needed.... After every phone call he would send me a letter to explain where we were at and what still needs to be done in order to proceed. He explained he would at least get my son a certain dollar amount at the first consultation and followed through with it until the end. So it's not like it was a complicated case. After hiring him I did not hear from him for months. could not get a hold of him via... phone or email. when he finally did contact me one month before The deadline to settle or take it to court. I was Stuck between a rock and a hard place because I didn't really want to sue anybody. I excepted the insurance companies offer. Scott was only able to get them to come up a little more then their original offer and after you minus his 30% fee I lost money hiring him . I feel he did nothing for me. You're better off going it alone and save yourself 30% or hire a better lawyer
