Roger Wallach is the one attorney that I would advise my family and close friends to contact if they are in need of legal help. Roger Wallach can handle a broad spectrum of legal issues, however he will not waste your time and money if he feels he is not your best choice. Many lawyers in St. Louis get a large referral fee if they recommend you to another lawyer and if you hire that lawyer, I don't believe that Roger Wallach does this. He shoots straight from the hip and tells it honestly as he sees it. Even after he is hired, he responds much more quickly than any other lawyer that I have come in contact with. He is the one who talks to you about your case and the one who does the work on it and follows up. When he represented me, His knowledge and ability to get correct answers and his research in my situation impressed every one concerned, (even real-estate agents and big name corporate lawyers whose practice focuses on real-estate transactions). Remember that that when using an attorney, consultation time is your money. Roger doesn't sugar coat and when he talks he doesn't waste your money however you can ask or tell him anything. He has my highest recommendation.....
My home is in the process of foreclosure with an auction date set. I reached out to Roger for advice and counsel about the best course of action given my particular circumstance. I was able to reach him easily and was given a phone consultation the same day. I had a list of about a dozen prepared questions and he was able to answer each question quickly and he clearly had extensive knowledge of the process. He didn't rush through the call and he gave very detailed explanations to the questions I had. If you are looking for someone with knowledge in this area, I would absolutely recommend retaining his services.
