Erica Lynn Kentch-Herbek

Erica Lynn Kentch-Herbek, earned a B.A. in Liberal Studies and Psychology from Maryville University and an M.A. from Missouri Baptist University prior to her admission to Saint Louis University School of Law (which she entered as a Dean’s Scholar).  During law school, she was a member of the St. Louis University School of Law Client Counseling Team.  Erica has provided outstanding counsel to clients in the areas of personal injury, estate planning,and the full spectrum of family law matters. In addition, she is a Missouri certified Guardian ad Litem, certified Mediator, and certified Parent Coordinator.  She is also a member of the Collaborative Family Law Association.  

After graduating from law school, Erica launched her legal career at an established law firm in Hillsboro, Missouri.  Thereafter, she began practicing family law at a regional law firm as an associate attorney in St. Louis County, Jefferson County, St. Francois County and surrounding communities.  At that firm, she transitioned to Managing Attorney and then, Partner.  In July 2026, along with two other well respected attorneys, established Beacon Law Advisors where she is a Founding Partner.   

Erica is a lifelong resident of the Jefferson County area.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, Missouri Bar, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Collaborative Family Law Association.  Erica is licensed in the State of Missouri and is further admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western District Courts of Missouri.  

She has been recognized as a SuperLawyers Rising Star for 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026.
