Mary Anne Olwell Sedey

Mary Anne was referred to me by other reputable STL attorneys. She did two things immediately .. she was compassionate and empathetic for me as a person while at the same time instilling confidence and direction for the work ahead of us. She was direct, very clear, very concise, informative, educat...ional and never wavered. I felt well cared for and well represented. She provided direction for me when all I knew is that I had the facts of my situation and no clue if I had legal cause or not. As a novice to the legal arena, I didn't even know if I had a case. Mary Anne explained the law, told me what I should expect in terms of the legal process, what a fair settlement might be, what her fees would be, how long things would take and all along the way she showed the kindness and support of... a blood relative. Needless to say, she was right and I received what I feel was a just settlement but her kindness is what I'll remember the most.

will not talk to you until you complete a "questionaire" (their spelling). Then, five days later, they send you a letter saying they are "too busy" to take or talk to you about your case. What a waste of time and effort. My guess is that they only take cases that are easy.... Go elsewhere and s...ave yourself some time and angst.
