On two separate and unrelated real estate issues Mr Disabato was able to quickly resolve title issues and deed filings. Living out of state it could have been a disaster hiring an attorney sight unseen but I was very, very fortunate and pleased with his representation. I would use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him.
We hired Mr. Disabato and his brother for a lawsuit surrounding real estate that had been going on for 1 full year with an attorney. They met with me and were frank and to the point. They put me at ease by explaining every aspect of the process. They listened and heard my concerns and gave realistic possibilities. Within 3 months the case that had been dragged out by another attorney for 1 full year had ended with a huge victory. You will not be disappointed with their high skill set and professionalism. Complete WIN_WIN_WIN!! Thank You

"I had the pleasure of hiring Ted as my agent when we purchased our home. He was aggressive in securing us the best possible deal. We were thrilled with the result. I also refer Ted my real estate legal work since I do not handle this area of law. His expertise is staggering. The feedback I receive from clients I refer over is positive. Ted is highly knowledgeable with regard to real estate and title matters and comes recommended."
