He too thousands of dollars. We still are in debt with him after the custody matter . He lied to us told us in Missouri a closed adoption could not be reversed (lie) . We went several times with birth certificates and adoption papers and police wouldn’t give the child up . After 5 years and thousands... I’ mean thousands the judge ruled and gave child bk to parent that signed her rights away and she was adopted by my husband and it was a closed adoption. He didn’t do his job at all and I’m reporting him to the bars association for misconduct in matter. We still haven’t received all paperwork on case . Also the other parties had probably 20 contempts , where they went against court order and kept child against court order for 7 mos at a time and they got no jail time . I will be turning judge in also for unethical conduct along with lawyer. He didn’t fight in court and use any evidence. Also charged us 3400 for a mental evaluation that was clearly an issue as she didn’t pass it . He can’t remember things that bl he clearly has emails of , video of person throwing down a baby doll on ground and refusing to let father buy child anything, calling names , threatening other party with violence. All on video and nothing was done. I highly highly don’t recommend this attorney. Unfortunately we are still dealing with him for accident my husband had during all this and heard nothing . AGAIN HIGHER A LAWYER THAT IS CONFIDENT IN COURT . This one laid down and let it happen.

Well I don't agree that we should rate lawyers like we would comment on a meal at a restaurant, but I do believe Nathan Cohen had my best interests in mind when he tried my case it was a long drawn out custody nightmare and he reassured me throughout the whole thing, even calling me in the evenings t...o make sure I had the correct information. When I had problems getting off work he came in on Sundays to get my case ready for trial. I selected Nathan is my attorney after interviewing three other lawyers

I used Mr. Cohen when my ex tried to modify our divorce decree to pay less child support. Mr. Cohen gave me great advice through the whole process and I ended up getting an increase in support and some of my attorney fees paid by my ex. Mr. Cohen was so professional in court and I could tell he was w...ell respected. Even though I wish I had not had to pay for a lawyer, I was astonished by how much my ex had paid to his attorneys compared to what my own fees were through Mr. Cohen. I'm one happy momma that Mr. Cohen got me to keep custody of my kids and an increase in support. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an understanding and knowledgeable attorney!

Nathan represented my cousin and my aunt in their custody cases. He is an excellent attorney. He helped us through a difficult time. I am responding to the negative postings about him because they are clearly posted by my cousin’s ex and my uncle. This is an indication of what a good lawyer Nathan Co...hen is!

Nathan was a dream seller ! Nathan had me thinking I would be ahead in the case being that I presented all my evidence / facts that I had a solid case to come out with a decent fair result but it didn’t happen like that, it was very unjust ! Everything went in favor of the other party as to me over p...aying in child support even though I 100% took care of my child. Nathan was also horrible at communicating with me with important things that should have been communicated. Another thing he wasn’t worth what I paid at all! I will not be recommending him or dealing with him in the future for anything else.
