Mark Joseph Pedroli

In 2016, Mark Pedroli won Pedroli Law's first state Supreme Court case creating new tort law protecting electronic data. Pedroli Law is civil litigation, fiduciary litigation, trust and estate contests, commercial litigation, and advocating on behalf of individuals who were defrauded or otherwise injured. Pedroli Law primarily represents plaintiffs seeking to redress a grievance, including small and mid-sized businesses.

Mark Pedroli, principal, routinely handles appellate work and has been admitted in the Eight, Fourth and Sixth Circuits.

The Founder of Pedroli Law is Mark Pedroli. Prior to joining the legal industry, Mark Pedroli lived as an ex-pat in Asia: Hong Kong, Japan, China, Malaysia, and Korea. Mr. Pedroli engaged in work ranging from Ralston Purina in Hong Kong and Korea, to factory sourcing and trade work for J.P International, including distributing American products to Japan. These varied business experiences inform Pedroli Law and help better serve its business clients.
