Kris has handled 3 student loans that all have been dismissed without prejudice, all without me ever having to go to court. His office kept in contact with updates and if I ever had question he either replied back in email or phone call in a very timely manner. His law clerks and secretaries were... very friendly to speak with also. Would definitely recommend!

I was sued by a debt collection agency, and the only way I found out that I had been served a court notice to appear was by the letters I received from several law offices that referenced the court number and appearance date. (I never received from the plaintiff the notice to appear by mail, posting ...on a door, or any other way.) I chose the Boevingloh & Pliakos firm to represent me because it was the only firm that did not raise the option of a bankruptcy filing, which I did not want to pursue. I just wanted representation so I would not have to take time off from work to show up in court. Throughout every step of the process, Kris Boevingloh's office kept me informed about what was going on with the case--and when I had a question, I could speak directly with Kris. He also requested from me some easy-to-supply documentation, which helped strengthen my position. The plaintiff ended up dismissing the case without prejudice, which means plaintiff could refile. Although that scenario is unlikely, I would not hesitate to call upon Kris Boevingloh again should that happen. And, needless to say, I would recommend Kris and his office without reservation.
