Dustin Goldberger

Dustin Goldberger focuses his practice at Margulis Gelfand on civil litigation and criminal defense. A former state prosecutor and seasoned civil litigator, Dustin is a passionate advocate for the firm’s clients, providing zealous representation both inside and outside of the courtroom.

Dustin graduated with honors from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. After college, he worked for one of the nation’s largest corporations, where he collaborated with state and federal law enforcement officials to investigate and prosecute theft and fraud. Dustin then attended St. Louis University Law School, pursuing his lifelong dream of becoming a trial lawyer. While in law school, Dustin was a member of the St. Louis University Journal, served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing program, and participated on the school’s trial advocacy team.

After graduating from law school, Dustin accepted a position at the City of St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office, where he served as the first chair prosecuting attorney in numerous felony jury trials. He later transitioned to private practice, where he remains dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients, whether they are facing serious criminal charges, accused of professional misconduct, or involved in a civil lawsuit in federal court or state court.

Dustin is proud to be a part of the Saint Louis community. When he’s not immersed in his work, Dustin spends as much time as he can with his wife and two kids.
