Brian Daniel Glazer

Brian Glazer concentrates his practice on trust disputes, will contests, probate, estate planning, and guardianship matters in order to help family members obtain and preserve what is rightfully theirs. Glazer has successfully litigated cases involving undue influence, lack of capacity, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of trust and asset discovery. With an extensive background in business litigation, Brian understands that results are what matter. He has handled seven-figure trust contests, and regularly counsels both trustees and trust beneficiaries about their legal rights and duties. He guides families through the maze of probate court. Brian’s experience in fiduciary litigation allows him to share unique and valuable perspectives with clients as part of his estate planning practice. Working with a client’s accountant and financial planner, Glazer helps individuals protect and pass on their assets to their loved ones with maximum control.

Brian grew up in the Kansas City area, the son of a primary care physician. Glazer personally understands the pressure and stress that results from helping aging family members navigate the complex and frustrating journey through the medical system and nursing homes that family must often confront.

Brian received his Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University, magna cum laude, and later received his J.D. from Indiana University in Bloomington. While in law school, Brian served as an Articles Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal and a Guardian ad Litem in the Family and Children Mediation Clinic.
Brian is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. He lives in University City, Missouri with his wife and children.
