This man was to represent me against the government. He failed miserably. He claimed he tried to get a hold of me but couldn't get a hold of me apparently until after we were no longer able to file an appeal. Yet he knew I wanted to file an appeal.We had already talked about it. The government got by... with firing me for having Asthma, because this man can't do his job. He took money from me for nothing and did a terrible job. He definitely should be fired and never allowed to be an attorney again. After all , I went to college 6 years to do what I did. To end up jobless , because this man told me he'll fight for my job back because you can't fire people for having asthma , and he failed miserably at everything. One point he was asking the opposing party questions on how to do his job , which was very concerning , like the enemy , is going to tell you. This made me question him altogether, and I should have fired him then and moved on. He has no fight in him, He told me he fought his hard for me as he did anyone else.Maybe harder. If that's true, you all should definitely go, Get another attorney immediately.

I hired Mr. Bretz after an auto accident that occurred when I was pregnant. During the process I gave birth and had additional medical issues. He worked with me long term with my medical bills and coordinating what was accident related and what was pregnancy related.
