Hiring James was a mistake.
James took the money and ran. Very disappointing. My wife hired him for a case about 6 months ago. She was told she didn't have to appear at her upcoming court date and that she would hear from him. Later we received a letter that James had withdrawn from the case. Needless to say we were confused. A...

Replied last August 09, 2023Your review is misleading and dishonest. I left multiple voicemails, sent emails, and mailed two paper letters to your wife, asking her to contact my office to discuss her case. The letter dated 6/20/23 stated that I was going to have to withdraw my representation of her because she had disappeared, and informed her that if she still wanted me to represent her, it was imperative that she contact my office. She never returned any of those communications. You say “there’s no evidence” that I attempted to contact your wife. Of course there is, but you never asked for any. I have phone logs, saved emails, and copies of letters. And you admit having received the last letter. Finally, even if she had some how not received any of these communications across three different mediums, why wouldn’t she take it upon herself to reach out to her attorney after allegedly not hearing from him for six months? Your story makes no sense, because it didn't happen that way.
