James took the money and ran. Very disappointing. My wife hired him for a case about 6 months ago. She was told she didn't have to appear at her upcoming court date and that she would hear from him. Later we received a letter that James had withdrawn from the case. Needless to say we were confused. A...fter digging a bit we found lots of documentation supporting us being entitled to a refund in this situation, but James refused. Instead he blamed my wife stating he made all of these attempts to contact her by phone, email, even letter. Interestingly enough, there seems to be no evidence of any of this contact. No calls registered, no email other than the payment receipt, and no missed calls, or voicemails. We definitely regret hiring James and hope nobody else makes the same mistake.
