Karen Marie Volkman

Karen Volkman practices primarily in the Firm’s Toxic Tort and Environmental Litigation, Product Liability, Transportation and Business Litigation Practice Groups. Karen litigates toxic tort, product liability, FELA and business litigation matters in Illinois, Missouri and throughout the United States. She has handled hundreds of toxic tort, product liability, business litigation and FELA cases from inception through settlement or trial. She has participated in all phases of litigation including pre-suit investigation, written discovery, deposing plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts, as well as vigorous motion practice and trial. She has successfully managed mass tort, product liability and business litigation matters throughout the United States for corporate defendants.
