Derek Robert Haake

I wanted to really like this law firm. These were my second lawyers for my divorce, I gave them lots of opportunities and excuses. "I know you are very busy..." etc. Ultimately, I've asked both Evan Howard and Derek Haake to withdraw from my case. I see the good reviews here and I just recommend you ...get a written contract with them. They don't specialize in family law and have a great spiel so just only look at family lawyers. Maybe they are great at low conflict divorce cases that don't have many complexities but sometimes this law firm took weeks to email a response. They don't respond to text messages reliably, most of the time they do return phone calls in a timely manner (most of the time).

I have just started my journey through this messy divorce, I was referred to him by a close friend. I the greatest thing about him is he's human, he's understanding, punctual, has been there every time I needed to talk to him, from the biggest problem to the smallest of worries. He does what he says ...he's going to do and there's absloutly no worry on my end. He really is a blessing. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal counsel.

I reached out to Darrek about an issue with the county that I was surprised with due to the fact that they served my last address at a vacant residence that i hadn't lived at for 6 years. Unannounced to me i had missed 4 count dates and had a warrent out for my arrest!!! He acted very quickly and in ...less than one week we were able to dismiss the warrent and charges. I would definitely recommend Darrek to anyone that needs legal help!!!

Derek is an amazing man! I called him with a very embarrassing serious situation, Derek put me at ease immediately. He took control of the case very quickly and was in contact with me the next day. Any questions I had he had an answer very quickly. He was very caring and treated me with kindness.... I would recommend him to anyone in need of a Lawyer! Thanks again Derek!

i called the haake law firm 45 minutes before my already posponed court appearance.i had a warrant from another city and did not want to go.derek called me personally on his cell phone and said he would go on my behalf.derek showed up for me and got my ticket reduced to a littering charge.how awesome... is this guy,i am still laughing at the reduction.the amount that he charged me was half of what it was worth.i have had more speeding tickets than i will tell you and will never call anyone else.his cell number is saved in my icloud forever.thanks for what you did for me and unfourtunatley i am sure we will be doing business in the future since ive been driving 500 plus horsepowers cars since i was 16 and this by far is not my first rodeo and probably not my last.thanks again steve
