Our principal, David Damick, has achieved multiple million dollar plus verdicts and settlements for children with brachial plexus, cerebral palsy, and other life changing injuries; for the death of parents, grandparents and spouses caused by careless drivers, by careless medical personnel, by unsafe motor vehicles, unsafe products or unsafe property, by trains or trucks and by workplace injuries of all types. He has personally recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Educated at Washington University in St. Louis, he received his law degree from St. Louis University and went to work for one of the most prestigious plaintiff firms in the area.
