Mark Thomas Rudder

I plead not guilty in front of a judge on my own. After which the judge recommended I come back with counsel. I felt defeated & wondered if I made the right decision in pleading which lead me to pose that question on the site. An attorney not Mr. Rudder said it was best I hire an attorney for represe...ntation. So taking the advice I did find Mr.Rudder on this site as an attorney in my area & read his reviews. I decided to choose him to represent me. I was charged with a felony misdemeanor c regarding a violation of education of a minor. I have a child extremely truant & nothing I was doing was working to the point this charge happened as a result. The office at Mark Rudder law is very nice & inviting & I felt immediately comfortable. They understood my concerns, need & dilemma. I hired him to represent me in this case. I desperately did not want to go to jail or pay heavy fines over a situation I was struggling with at home with a difficult child getting to & staying in school. Mark was the second lawyer I talked to the first one seemed preoccupied & felt he wasn't ready to take on my case. Mark was immediately ready & prepared to do his best for me. He did! He worked very hard for me over several months. He never took just any deal such as probation as an easy out or conclusion. He fought for me all the way because he understood what interventions I tried to with my child. He & his legal secretary Ronda worked really hard to take any information I gave them with the current situations going on & how best to use it all or plan the next move to determine the best outcome for me. Mark & Ronda were there to talk to me in person, with phone calls, & communicate by emails. Mark had great strategic ideas while representing me, he wanted things to be fair for me as his client. He was able to get the charges dismissed for me much to my relief. I am so glad I chose Mr.Rudder to handle my case. I'm very grateful for the diligence, respect & compassion I received on this at times trying journey. Being prosecuted in a helpless kind of situation as it was is no fun. The bright side was a great accomplished attorney that never gave up & did all he could to help me. He & Ronda were very encouraging throughout as far as the court battle & with my challenges with my child. Thank you very much Mr.Rudder I truly appreciate all your determination & hard work. Mr. Rudder represented us in a very difficult case. He did a great job of keeping us informed of what was happening and getting us prepared for our court date. We were very fortunate, Mr. Rudder was able to get the charges reduced so we did not even have to go to court. Mr. Rudder has an extreme know...ledge of the law but he also truly cares about his clients. We can not say enough good things about Mr. Rudder or Ms. Williams that works in his office.
