Eric Steven Christensen

Eric specializes in defending employers and insurers against workers’ compensation claims throughout Missouri. 

Eric has litigated denied claims before the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation and argued appeals before the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and the Eastern District Court of Appeals. He provides counsel to employers and insurers regarding compliance and risk management issues under the Missouri Workers’ Compensation Act. Eric values frequent and meaningful communication with his clients as essential to best serving their unique needs.

Eric is a member of the American Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He serves on the scholarship committee and board of directors of Kids’ Chance, an organization that provides scholarships to the children of severely injured or deceased workers.
