After my mother passed we continued using Susan Hamra. We received a bill from her for work which had some errors, which she later corrected and adjusted the fee owed. We promptly paid the correct fee. When we asked for a fee quote for the remaining work which was fairly straightforward (quit-clai...m deed) etc... She then asked for up front fee deposit, which we nor our mother had ever been asked for in the past. After we asked what the deposit was for she then wrote us a nasty letter saying "no client has ever balked at paying a fee deposit". After being in business for 30 years you would think she would be a bit more knowledgeable about what it takes to file a document and appreciative of business our family has provided over the last 10 years. I would highly recommend anyone from using her ever again.

Susan and her staff are top notch and very professional. Being a middle-age man requesting a divorce, Susan helped me understand the legal process as well as provided me great advice that culminated in a judgment of no maintenance payments and an equitable split of the assets.
