Biography
Susan Hamra has been practicing law for over 30 years, currently in her own practice which concentrates in family law, estate planing and probate. She was appointed Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Chesterfield concurrent with her private practice. She has lectured for the Missouri Bar Association and Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis in the joint areas of Ethics, Estate Planning and Divorce. Other community and professional contributions include serving as a member of the Cardinal Glennon Board of Planned Giving and other charitable boards; serving as a Facilitator, Mediator and Arbitrator for the Missouri Bar Attorney's Fee Dispute Committee; and co-chairing the Bar Associaiton of Metropolitan St. Louis Estate Planning and Probate Institute. Of over 60,000 graduates from Parkway Central High School, Susan was selected as one of 50 of its most outstanding alumni in 2004.

I do not recommend
I hired Susan to help me collect money from my ex. I did receive some of the money owed me, but it was due to my own work and research. Her involvement was limited. She really did not know what she was doing. I regret hiring her.

We certainly do not want to do or not do anything which makes matters more difficult for a client. From time to time, clients ask to do possible "legwork" to reduce their fees and I wonder if there was a miscommunication regarding this.
