2nd DUI, Restricted Drivers Permit

Todd was highly recommended by someone I knew right when I first moved to town. I was starting my life completely over, and thought I was not going to drive for five years due to a 2nd DUI. I had absolutely no hope, until the first time I spoke with Todd on the phone. My first interaction with Tod...d was intimidating because he was so assertive, honest, and straight to the point, but kind. From the first time we talked, he told me exactly what date to expect on the timeline. He kept to his word, but besides that he gave me so much more. Todd has made an impact on my life that I will never forget. He has a natural gift and being an exceptional attorney is only a small portion. Words really can't describe because me made an absolutely awful situation turn into something so amazing. He believed in me and pushed me when I'd lost everyone and everything else. I have met so many tremendous people in this town but Todd has been the biggest impact by far. I never felt judged for the reason I was sitting in the seat in the position I was in, but actually felt relieved that Todd cared enough to really understand the string of events that led me to be in that seat, and actually took the time to learn who I was as a person, and help me be a better one. Any time I contacted him, I got an immediate response. Kayla was terrific to work with as well. Todd is absolutely unmatched and if I lived outside of Springfield, Illinois I'd still hire Todd in a heartbeat.

Great Attorney!

I knew from its history that Gates, Wise was a high performing law firm with an incredible resume'. It's clear to me why they made Todd a partner. He resolved my medication related DUI promptly and affordably. Todd is very knowledgable on DUI and SOS issues. Not only is he a great lawyer, but he's a ...wonderful counselor. He is sincerely interested in his clients understanding how their behavior landed them in his office to begin with, so they can strive to be more mindful in the future. Highly recommended!

If you are in need of getting your license back or getting a restricted driving permit Todd is by far the best in the business. My line of work requires driving, and a lot of it. After my initial consultation over the phone and subsequent visits to his office I knew I had the most prepared, professio...nal and thorough Attorney. He was very up front about the process and how it would work. He helped me get my RDP in a timely fashion and couldn't be happier with my experience with him and his staff. No matter where you live in the state I would recommend you call Todd and no one else! Thanks again Todd!!

Rest assured!

I hired Todd Goebel as my attorney because he was experienced at an issue that I was dealing with. Todd took on my case and told me what I should expect. He did not promise anything, although I left the initial visit knowing that I have the right man for the job. Seven months later, Todd won my case ...at a pretrial hearing with evidence alone, using a special technique that I have never seen done before.There’s more than one way to skin a cat, and Todd knows those ways. I hope that I won’t need him in the future, but if I do I won’t hesitate to give him a call on any issues. Thanks Todd!

Best Around

Very professional and quite possibly the best in the business Todd does not like to lose and from what I experienced I do not believe he ever will. Against all statistical odds Todd was able to do what most lawyers were not able to do for me when it came to my case. 1. He won. 2. He showed time and t...ime again that he actually cares about what he does and not just about the money that comes with the job. He is a very honest and straight forward man who showed me undeserved and unparalleled respect when it came to fighting for me to get my work permit after receiving my 2ND D.U.I. I would recommend with the upmost seriousness hiring Todd. There is no better lawyer to be handling a case with such a potentially large impact on somebodies life. Thank you Todd. Me and my family are more grateful than you will ever know. Great lawyer. Great man.
