Great Attorney!

I knew from its history that Gates, Wise was a high performing law firm with an incredible resume'. It's clear to me why they made Todd a partner. He resolved my medication related DUI promptly and affordably. Todd is very knowledgable on DUI and SOS issues. Not only is he a great lawyer, but he's a ...wonderful counselor. He is sincerely interested in his clients understanding how their behavior landed them in his office to begin with, so they can strive to be more mindful in the future. Highly recommended!

dui case

I worked with Todd on getting my license back after getting my second DUI. He was very helpful. He was stern But that's what I needed to get My license back. He helped me out in every way possible. He was very fair with me. I thought I had no chance of getting them back. but he had faith in me and h...e told me what I need to do to get them back and to keep them. was he cheap no he wasn't. but is he good Heck ya he is good. I wouldn't want anyone else to go in with me if I had to do it over. To me you couldn't ask for a better attorney to go fight for your license.I always thought it was my right to have a license. I found out it was a privilege and I had to earn it back. Thanks for taking my case and doing everything you could to help me get my life and my freedom back. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help

Professional, Trusted, and Honest

Todd Goebel is an amazing lawyer that will show you a light at the end of the tunnel in whatever predicament you find yourself in. He will not sugar-coat the truth and will tell you exactly how it is. Whatever situation you have found yourself in, Todd Goebel will do his best to ensure you get the be...st deal for your buck. Todd Goebel is more than just a lawyer to me, but a trusted friend. I hope anyone who finds themselves in a hopeless situation will pick Todd Goebel to lead them back to the light. Todd Goebel helped me in my traffic violation by telling me what my outcome could be, it scared me at first, but helped me to come to realization and I finally could tell myself whatever the outcome would be, I could get through it. The only surprises I had with Mr. Goebel were happy one's; the ending of my case was the best outcome I could have hoped for. The price was totally worth the outcome in my opinion. He arrived to court early and I was never worried about him not showing up to represent me. After court was postponed or continued, he always took time to talk with me after court to ensure me of what he was doing and all of his intentions with postponing court. I felt safe and trusted that my case was going to be handled, but I also had the ability to prepare myself for the worst because I knew what the worst could be. I accepted what I had did and was waiting for the consequences, but Todd worked above and beyond on my case just like I know he would work on anybody else's case.

Misrepresented or simply didn't understand traffic law

Terrible experience. I'm a physician who came to Todd to help with a cell phone ticket and to obtain court supervision. Instead Todd plead guilty, without supervision request and said it made no difference because the first offense cell phone ticket will not affect car insurance premium since no poin...ts go against your license. The result: I ended up paying the ticket fee. $300 attorney fee and my insurance premiums went up. Completely useless. Shouldn't have wasted the $300 attorney fee when I could've achieved the same result by mailing in the ticket. Very deceitful or he just didn't know the law well enough to realize the outcome. Poor representation and lack of professionalism when I called to inquire about why he misrepresented the way he did.
