Mr. Going had already helped me to get a charge dismissed for a domestic case. After the charge was dismissed, he assisted me in acquiring an expungement of those arrest records. His work is truly appreciated in every way possible. With his assistance, I can now go ahead with my life doing the simple... things that are important such as volunteering at my daughter's school, which was not possible with an arrest on my record. Words can not express how appreciative I am of his hardwork and dedication to an issue that could have grossly blemished my career, and life.

I've never had any criminal history and he believed in me and made this whole nightmare possible to deal with. I am so thankful I was given his information to represent me and he even was kind enough to go over the whole issue a million times with me since this is the first for me. My story begins 12/14 as I have been financially strapped during Christmas. I have mental illiness and on that day, state of mind was not up to par. I had a desire to make my autistic son happy. He never had christmas lights or outdoor decor. I wanted that for him so I carelessly took decor from ...folks yards. 3 of them. I was subsequently caught and arrested and waited until my court date was finally after many continouses it came 7/14/15. My order was community service extra 20 hours and 6 months probation. I want to let you know what a wonderful Lawyer Mr. Going is. He very good and has helped me with my case. He'svery knowledgable with the law and has reassured me at the most stressful time in my life without judging me. There is no doubt in my mind he has saved me from a fate of going to jail if I had no lawyer at all. His compassionate belief in me and his care to go Pro bono (not sure how to spell). To help a fallin mother shows you his generous protective side. Not just as a lawyer but as a human. Basically. He's a Saint in my eyes for all he's done for me. Im working on doing my community service (40 was volunteered) 20 added on. After probation. I'm free again and can continue ffocusing my attention those who need and rely on me. My austistic son named Michael. Thank you Mr. Going for saving my life and restoring my faith in humanity. I was falling out of desperation and you are responsible for me finding me once again. I will never forget what you've done for me sir. Id be honoured to volunteer if u ever need me. A scared woman of 50 mark by fear who let life break ger down but us crawling up once again to regain her dignity.
