Tracy Lynn Baum

I have had several interactions with Mrs. Baum in the last few years, needless to say, she has quite the reputation. But not for being fair and just, no she has the reputation for being morally void of the intrinsic properties that define humanity. . Simple virtues such as sympathy, compassion and hu...manity are all lacking in this individual. I pray that one day she is haunted by the ghosts of her past, we all know she has them, she has the biggest monkey on her back I have seen in a long time. Perhaps the most vindictive woman to enter that specific courthouse, certainly the most on her side of the aisle. She is a good lawyer, yet she isn't putting away killers, she would rather focus her locus of control on being hateful and downright ignorant towards addicts. She doesn't even understand the drugs they offer their clients in the program she is a part of. She makes a mockery out of that courtroom, on what I can only imagine is a daily specticle. May the Lord have mercy on her soul.

I have successfully completed Drug and Alcohol classes and have stayed out of trouble and have not caught any new charges and this States Attorney is trying to get me kicked out of Drug Court and sent to prison for a drug possession charge going all the way back in 2016. It’s 2022, my life is drastic...ally different from my past. I’m engaged to be married and have not been to prison in over 10 years and she wants to make it look like I’m some career criminals and menace to society. These people who work for the court don’t see you as an “actual person” they see a “case number” and they clearly do not care to try to make a positive impact to the society around them by trying to find ways to lowering the recidivism rate.
