I have successfully completed Drug and Alcohol classes and have stayed out of trouble and have not caught any new charges and this States Attorney is trying to get me kicked out of Drug Court and sent to prison for a drug possession charge going all the way back in 2016. It’s 2022, my life is drastic...ally different from my past. I’m engaged to be married and have not been to prison in over 10 years and she wants to make it look like I’m some career criminals and menace to society. These people who work for the court don’t see you as an “actual person” they see a “case number” and they clearly do not care to try to make a positive impact to the society around them by trying to find ways to lowering the recidivism rate.
