I've practiced law since 2006 in a variety of practice areas. I currently focus my practice on areas that Brainard Law Offices has focused on, including collections, family law (divorce and custody), estate planning and probate/guardanship administration, corporate and title and real estate transaction work. I am adding bankruptcy for debtors to the mix, because I have significant experience in that field and enjoy helping debtors obtain relief from debts in accordance with the law.
As the owner of Brainard Law Offices LLC, I hope to serve Brainard's existing clients, as well as new clients, to the same standards that Brainard Law, the oldest law firm in Charleston, has done for more than 80 years.

He took the retainer fee and never heard from him again. Its been 3 months now. We are In the process of filing a grievence with the illinois bars, as well as iardc to try to get the retainer fee back. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Dont waste your time.
