As we all know it is not an easy task to be a parent, and when one of our children miss-steps it can be a frightful time, not only for their well being, but financially as well. It was by chance that we met Mark, but I could not be happier that we did. My son, did a very stupid thing, to be 23 ...again! The consolation, and the efforts after that Mark delivered were excellent. In our particular case Mark was able to have the DA dismiss the felony charges that would have faced my son. For that I am eternally grateful. In my opinion, he is a man of his word. Will present the events to unfold in a manner that someone not used to this environment in a manner one can understand. He told us the worst case, the middle ground and best case. By the love of the Lord, we were given the best case. I would highly recommend Mark ... just hope I do not need his services again!

I retained and hired Mark to represent me for a legal matter in Douglas County, it was a strait forward pleading guilty of the charges and accept my wrong doings and pay the fines, public service, etc. Upon his arrival at the court house on mt court date I was able to detect the smell of "smoke" on ...his clothing and he was chewing mint gum, glossy eyes, etc. I'm not saying this did or didn't effect my outcome but I thought it was very unprofessional of him to represent me in this condition even if he had a medical card or not. I now look back and think i should have kept the $3,200. I spent on the lawyer, represented myself and used my savings for my fines. Lesson learned.....the hard way!
