Dedicated Legal Representation and expert knowledge

I chose Carl Reisman at Reisman Law Office to represent me for my workers compensation case. He came very highly recommended by several injury victims. Workers compensation law is a very complex and difficult matter to navigate alone. If your situation is not handled correctly, one can be doomed t...o face life long pain, suffering, and financial responsibility. Injuries will effect your life drastically, and health care insurance providers and employers have their own agenda that looks out for THEIR best interests, and not YOURS. Carl Reisman obtained all the information from my injury, and related medical records and reports. He coached me through the maze of requirements and procedures, and is always available to talk and communicate about whatever I need. Carl provides first class service, and does so with compassion and integrity. He also doesn't get paid unless I receive a settlement. I am still receiving treatment from my injury, and we expect to receive a settlement in the near future.

Very Good Representation.Highly Recommend

Hired Carl for a workers compensation claim. He met with us initially and took all the information about the injury and wasn't pushy about trying to get us to sign on for him to take out case. We had checked a few other attorneys and they seemed more concerned about getting us to sign a representatio...n agreement. Not so with Carl he explained some of the laws and rules to us and what our legal rights were for workers compensation issues and gave a brief run down of how the process works if we chose to have him represent us. We felt at ease and comfortable with Carl so we hired him. Simply put it was a wise choice, He got everything filed and processed quickly and dealt with the workers comp company from the start and kept us informed along the way. We were not satisfied with the first opinion/recommendation or treatment of the first workers compensation Dr and we were advised to seek a second opinion by Carl. Glad we did there were substantiated medical issues that were missed and/or overlooked by first Dr and we are in the process of getting the medical issues resolved. Throughout this process Carl has taken care of all the needed correspondence, been on top of discussions with the physician(s) and making sure all the medical records and workers comp insurance stuff has been dealt with. We have been regularly notified of what is happening and where we are going next in this claim. Anytime I have had an issue or a question I either called or emailed Carl and I have always received a call or return email in less than a few hours with an answer to my question or concern. Based on my experience with work comp Drs, health care facilities and workers compensation insurance providers I would not want to try to handle and deal with all that needs done without a good attorney. Without good legal representation these mentioned entities will try to delay, not be truthful (in my opinion) and you may not get you the treatment or coverage you need to recover from a workers compensation injury and claim. I have a full time occupation and with workers comp there are too many things that need done or need to be taken care of to try and do it on your own. Carl has handled our case very well and gotten things done and done efficiently and timely that would not have gotten done if he wasn't representing us. Bottom line I will recommend any one who has a workers compensation injury and claim to seek out Carl to represent you. If you want to spends lots of time and have lots of headaches trying to deal with all the stuff involved and still have to fight the work comp industry people then try it yourself but I would recommend you go see Carl.

Superb Lawyer!

Mr. Reisman handled a personal injury case for me where the State of Illinois was the defendant. He very effectively dealt with arcane matters, state bureaucracy and state lawyers. He was persistent, thorough, and effective, provided much guidance, and gave importantly good council. His approach i...s client centered, affable and caring. His professional handling of my case was superb. Highest recommendation.

Great attorney

Carl has handled two worker's comp cases for me over the past six years. I could not have asked for a more professional handling of my cases. When my mother passed away during the first case, he sent flowers and a card. That really tells you the cares about his clients.
