Hired Carl for a workers compensation claim. He met with us initially and took all the information about the injury and wasn't pushy about trying to get us to sign on for him to take out case. We had checked a few other attorneys and they seemed more concerned about getting us to sign a representatio...n agreement. Not so with Carl he explained some of the laws and rules to us and what our legal rights were for workers compensation issues and gave a brief run down of how the process works if we chose to have him represent us. Carl was referred to me by another Attorney because I have a worker's comp case that has been dragging on for almost three years, although worker's comp wants to settle. My previous attorney was pushing me to have surgery, which was against my will, because it would get me more money, and of course h...im too.
